1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Tracking Info: Customers will receive tracking details via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹199 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹199, regardless of delivery location.
  • Delivery Time: The overall delivery time ranges from 4 to 8 business days, including processing and transit time. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on the destination.

2. Delays in Delivery

Shopurneeds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Acts of God or government-imposed restrictions

Delivery Acceptance

  • Please do not accept a package if the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged.
  • Customers are requested to acknowledge receipt of parcels at the time of delivery.

3. Returns & Refunds

If there's an issue with your order, please report it with an unboxing video to support@shopurneeds.in or call us at +91-7092628017 within 3 days of receiving the order.

3.1 Eligible Return Scenarios (within 7 days of delivery):

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received is damaged or tampered
  • Product is expired
  • Short quantity received

Note: No complaints will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3.2 Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered
  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Product code or batch number has been tampered with
  • Gifts and promotional items are non-returnable

4. Order Cancellations

  • No cancellation charges apply for COD or prepaid orders.
  • If the order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 8–10 business days.
  • If the product is already shipped, simply refuse the delivery, and we’ll process your refund once it’s returned and inspected.

5. Vouchers & Loyalty Points

  • Discount vouchers are one-time use only and valid within the promo period.
  • If an order using a voucher is canceled, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • Loyalty points will be re-credited to your account once the order is canceled or returned.

6. Order Data Availability

Order history and data can be retrieved only for purchases made in the last 6 months. For issues or queries, please contact us within this timeframe.

1. How can I cancel my order?

If the order is already shipped but you wish to cancel it, simply refuse to accept the delivery. Once we receive the item back and confirm the packaging is intact, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

4. Can I update my address or phone number after placing an order?

5. Will I get a refund for shipping charges if I cancel?

  • For full order cancellations, shipping charges (if any) will be refunded.
  • For partial order cancellations, shipping charges will not be refunded.
